The initial tenancy contract. (Unified tenancy contract).
Original Emirates ID of the applicant.
A copy of the owner's passport with the signature page or an Emirates ID (both sides).
Copy of the map or title deed certificate (if the owner's name differs from the system, or the owners are heirs), or if no land plot number is specified in the contract.
A copy of the business license if the tenant/owner is a corporation. The initial approval application is necessary for new firms together with the submission of their trade name permission application.
If the renter is a person, a copy of the tenant's passport with the residency visa page and the tenant's Emirates ID is required.
If the contract is signed by power of attorney, power of attorney is necessary. If the POA comes from outside the UAE, it must be verified in the UAE by the UAE Foreign Ministry.
A copy of the attorney's passport with the signature page, or a copy of his ID and a copy of the resident visa page, is also required.
A real estate business cannot hire the landlord's attorney or the individual registering.
The application must be made by the individual who is involved, such as the property owner, the renter, the PRO, or a person with an official power of attorney. A first-degree relative with documentation, or someone with power of attorney, can apply on behalf of the individual in question.
If the applicant is a corporate delegate, they must be registered in the license.
If the applicant is a representative of the firm, they must provide a representative card in the name of the company.
If the applicant is an employee, they must provide a letter of delegation on the company's letterhead paper, stamped and signed by them (the company), as well as a copy of the applicant's passport copy, visa page copy, and the original Emirates ID card.
